Nationwide Credit utilizes the Ontario Systems FACS ® software,
Auto Dialer, and Interactive Voice Response System. Our Hardware
is a combination of HP/Compaq Business desktops, HP Thin Clients,
and IBM's XSeries eServers. The Servers provide the ultimate balance
of high performance, high availability and vast internal storage,
each with Dual-Core 2.8G Intel® Xeon® processors, and a
total disk storage well over 1 Terabyte all in a series of raid
arrays that allows us, in the event of a hard drive failure, to
bring back the system in a matter of minutes.
Minimal down time is essential. Our clients data is backed up nightly
to high capacity backup drives, the data is then loaded onto a backup
tapes nightly and stored off site. In the event of electrical failure,
our servers use APC battery powered back ups with a average run
time of 185 Minutes . Our network is also protected by a Netopia
router/firewall , a Cisco VPN firewall router and a Software firewall/proxy
server called Winroute. The Winroute proxy/firewall server allows
us to limit a users ability on the internet, and only allows them
to view the sites we want them to view.
Nationwide Credit takes strides to ensure that a clients data is
well protected. Each department has a separate security access number
and is only given to employees in that department or those who do
business with that department. Employees must have two different
usernames and passwords to gain access to the system. Upon termination
of an employee, access to all aspects of the system and the building
is removed in a matter of minutes.
Nationwide's collection services include utilizing the following
systems:
Ontario Systems Integrated Guaranteed Contacts Dialer (MVP GC ): Their integrated dialer allows easy campaign builds and changes can be made on
the fly without having to rebuild a campaign. The integrated part also removes
the need to upload/download data files back and forth between the dialer and the
collection system. The accounts are updated instantly given our clients the
ability to see the true activity on an account. Along with Artiva
Manager the GC dialer allows real-time stats that our management team can
make imediate adjustments to campaigns
Ontario Systems Unattended Messaging
(GC UMS): This feature of the GC Dialer allows us to set
up campaigns where we can call thousands of accounts either during
or after office hours. (** In compliance with the FDCPA, we do not
make any calls before 8:00am or after 9:00pm **) The GC UMS will
leave a message to call us, but it also allows the recipient to
press a button to talk to one of our representatives live.
Ontario Systems IVR Interactive Voice
Response System. This allows a caller to find out what
their balance is and gives them the ability to leave their payment
information for processing 24/7.
